Hi 👋 no, our Checkout Sessions do not offer this type of functionality.

Possible approaches for this though are to either build your own checkout page where you can incorporate the blocking logic you'd like to see, or you could look into subscribing to Radar for Fraud Teams and use it to write custom rules that block payments based on either the billing, shipping, or IP address information.
