Definitely understand your frustration.
I can find and bump your feature request but we can't provide any ETAs for a fix for this.
they said it was being worked on 6 months ago lol
this should be a very rudimentary fix, especially if your devs just fix our account on a one-off basis
it's simply deleting data, and product is not working as intended/stated - says you can delete archived products that are not used in a transaction - and this is the case with our products
they were never used in even 1 transaction
I see. I will try and ping our product team on the feature request to see how far I can go with it. If you can write into our support for paper trail, that would be great!

it's not a feature really, it's a bug fix
this should be able to be deleted but unable to
maybe they need to be removed from pricing table first im not exactly sure, but product is not working as intended and it has been over 6 months now of waiting for something so small
