Nothing that particularly stands out to me. You could try voiding or marking the Invoices generated by the Subscriptions as paid-out-of-band, so that those Invoices don't process payments, and then create a one-off payment for your customer that encapsulates all of those Invoices. However, I'm not sure what kind of reporting or reconciliation implications that approach would have.
