That can't be set using Checkout Session. You need to create a Subscription using the API and use Elements in order to collect payment in order to use that property

Okay. is it a feasible solution to create the checkout session, and once the webhook, checkout.session.completed is received I update their subscription to have cancel_at_period_end?
