We've never used the stripe subscriptions within Stripe. We use the woocomm subscription extension, which triggers a new payment when subscription is due

I'm not sure how that extension work, have you tried reaching out to that extension support?

the error you're getting is mainly because of the PM not being passed

have you changed the Stripe Account as well or were you using the same account in the old website?

It's the same stripe account as the previous website

it's really something you should look into with the extension's support team since they know the limitations of their tool

It looks like payment methods didn't transfer across. Is there a way to transfer these from the previous site, using the Live ID?

this is not really related to Stripe, the PMs still exist in your Stripe Account, it's the extension's db that should be updated

thus contacting the extension's support is the way to go
