I meant the subscriptions on Stripe
We've never used the stripe subscriptions within Stripe. We use the woocomm subscription extension, which triggers a new payment when subscription is due
I'm not sure how that extension work, have you tried reaching out to that extension support?
the error you're getting is mainly because of the PM not being passed
have you changed the Stripe Account as well or were you using the same account in the old website?
It's the same stripe account as the previous website
and the same woocomm extension
Maybe the PM data didn't migrate through to the new website
it's really something you should look into with the extension's support team since they know the limitations of their tool
It looks like payment methods didn't transfer across. Is there a way to transfer these from the previous site, using the Live ID?
