yes i know, when i try to get the balance for the account instant_available is 0 for some and not 0 for others
i need the amount to create the payout

what do you mean? there is no account its all my accounts on the test env

how do you see its not eligible?
i cant access that link from the connect account
my flow is this-> both accounts are old accounts that i added debit cards to, they both had previous payments, one was on manual the other on automatic, the one on manual when i added the debit card had the instant_available and the other one didnt
