You create the Account via the API https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/create and you can pass all the information you already have

what should I prefill the webstie or phone numbers out with? just the webstie for the app iteslf or the company that made it? Each persons on connect's account would match ont hose fields, is that ok?

So I have an onboarding url gneration function working in myapp already, the only issue is it asks for data that is unnecesarry and my users won't have, such as a website and their own terms of service

sorry, nopt theri own ToS, that was a mistake. Really it's just their own buisness website and jrelated buiusness information .They are all indivudals without such informatin
