Hey @sonic forge! Events are sent to your webhook endpoint in real time as they are created by various actions on your account. So no you can't really control the sending time

The Event id you shared is a Test mode Event, maybe you mixed up Live and Test mode?

You have one webhook endpoint in Test mode and that webhook endpoint gets all Events in your account. So the
