Honestly I'm not sure why you would want to be connected to a dummy account. What are you trying to prevent in this case?

Basically Apple asks us to give them access to our app which is connected to our production server in order to review it before submission to the app store.
Do you have information about other apps using Stripe that have been submitted to the app store ? What do they usually need in terms of Stripe connect ? (if you have an idea ofc)

Unfortunately we don't often get feedback at that point. If you are concerned about Apple reviewing your App while it is connected to an actual bank account, could you configure your server to mock those responses based on a configuration that you could update when the App goes live?
