Hi, is the ultimate question, why can't you see GooglePay/ ApplePay button on the checkout? Is this, https://docs.villatheme.com/cart-all-in-one-for-woocommerce/#:~:text=One Click Checkout WooCommerce and,cart%2C bypassing the cart page the document you followed?

From looking at your page, I'm unsure if it's related to Stripe. Can you add more details and/ or share the document you've referenced so I can further investigate this?

The side shuld be related to stipe. The Gpay button also appears on the products and works there.

The Checkout Plugin is installed like in the dokumentation.
