Yes I am using the APIs. I am migrating the customer payment billing address to the customer address. When I do that in the dashboard it shows the address validation error even though It would seem I am sending all the appropriate data

I think you are correct but could you share a request ID for an API request where you updated one of these cutomers?

I don't fully grasp what you're asking here. Are you specifically discussing tax validation errors or something? The request id you shared is you passing a country and postal code
