while creating connect accounts for customer, do we need to ask user to add all of the information because user if restricted by Stripe?

now another question is do I have to create connect accounts for both seller and buyer?

If you are new to connect, there are two main things to think about:
- What type of account you plan to create: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/accounts
- What type of charge you will make: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges
You said "we are not taking liability of user funds". So you want the connected account to manage refunds and disputes? If so you should use Direct Charge with Standard accounts.

Custom accounts are the most complicated type of accounts, so we rarely recommend using them.
