i can't remember the exact behaviour off the top of my head anymore, but you can test it out with the test account numbers here

ok i just tested it and the transfer will reverse if the charge fails

i'm a little confused about what that means, does that mean that the Connected Account didn't actually fully receive the transfer? or otherwise how can it be reversed
