In documentation you have information that stripe should send email with hosted verification page OR i can email this link by myself. So I can't understand if it will send it or not.
Also, I'm trying to create invoice now and don't see anywhere in API amount for this invoice.

From the documentation, if the customer provides 'billing email address', they should get that email (confirmation of mandate) and the micro deposit email. From looking at the request id you shared yesterday, req_e2ByvnhqwmZ7da the hosted_verification_url is on the response.
