The users that are already subscribed to the deactivated plan will still continue to be charged until you cancel the subscriptions.

^^ Can you clarify what you mean by this? Are you asking for a way to automatically all subscriptions on the old price to the new price?

There's an upcoming feature that is meant to address this, but I don't know the specific timeline (you can contact support https://support.stripe.com/contact to learn more/see if you can be added early).
The only other way to do this would be update each Subscription one at a time
