Hi 👋 we aren't too familiar with the dashboard in this forum, we primarily focus on the API side of integrations, so I'm not sure if this would be a concern with the dashboard itself or not.

Have you tried providing that same character directly into a dashboard field to see if it is displayed the way you're expecting? And then if it is, can you try retrieving the associated object via the API to see how that character is represented there?

Hey, thanks for the quick response! I tried changing an attribute in the dashboard, that works. If I request the customer's data via the API the response also includes the encoding errors.

As far as I can see there is no option to configure a special character set in the API?
