Hi 👋 we aren't too familiar with using the Stripe dashboard, as we primarily focus on helping answer questions developers have about interacting with our API.
I do not recall if the onboarding flow that is provided by an Account Link would allow your Connected Account to change the country that you selected, but I would recommend testing that to see if it is the case.
It looks like you have selected to create an Express account, so the countries you're offered will be limited based on what countries you said you would allow Express accounts to be created for:
