The steps to introduce "multibanco" are mentioned in the https://stripe.com/docs/sources/multibanco, but sorry I don't know a lot about WebFlow, it look slike a custom SaaS for building website, probably you should reach out to them and see how you can customize your integration and connect to Stripe APIs
