Also, I can see on their dashboard through the connect dashboard, that it says "You have 2 active requests from Stripe that require action" - could that be related to why their payouts are impacted?
This payout status is already paid. Can you tell me what's the amount that the connected account expects to receive?
I am not the merchant, so I'm not quite sure. Are you seeing anything related to them being a connect account in that regard that we can control through the integration? or should we send them back to Stripe support for questions about their payouts?
It does say this when I click through to the above message. I'm assuming this is what Stripe support was referring to, as us being their "administrator"
This account is on auto payout, and the payout schedule is daily, which means Stripe will automatically create the payout everyday with the available balance.
I'm not aware of us as the connect platform, having any control over account review or reserves being held

This notice is for the connected account, you can inform the admin of this connected account to log into their Dashboard and perform the required action,
Alright, so it means the person who owns the account - any idea why Stripe support would tell them that's us, the connect platform?
So far the only thing affecting the payout is the 10% in reserve.
I don't have the details of your previous discussion with Stripe support, but I don't see anything that causes this connected account receive only half payouts.

Either through the API or through the connect set up on our end
The platform can manage the payout settings of connected accounts through API https://stripe.com/docs/connect/manage-payout-schedule

And if I were you, I'll also ask the connected account what makes them think they only receive half of the payouts.
