Do you know if you have changed the payout schedule for this account? That is where I would think to look here from the coding side of this https://stripe.com/docs/connect/manage-payout-schedule
Nope. Payout hasnt changed.
Does suppprt have a discord channel?
Is there anyway you can accelerate this to a superior as the support agent I spoke with was unsure of the problem and didn't do anything.
Support just has the communication methods on that page. I'll see if I can see anything myself on that account but may have to direct you back to support again
