Can you elaborate on where you're selecting this / what exactly you mean?
On a given account (connect) you can select "pause payments" in the top right corner
Top right there is triple dot

Hmm I'm not sure about existing auths and cancel/refund/capture

Is there something you could help with? This option is not available in test mode so I cannot test it.
Unfortunately that's a problem for me too, as I can't test in live mode
