It sounds like you may need to create that account again but in live mode. Unfortunately at the moment Apple Pay requires accounts with a live mode connection even just to test it in tes mode

Is it fair to say then that the only way to truly work with ApplePay Domains would be with a live key in a live mode account?

Oh also, just re-raising this from yesterday, working with the ApplePayDomainService class using a test key will successfully List and Add new Domains but the Dashboard doesn't reflect these changes ... seems like a bug maybe? and it was what lead to this initial confusion

You can use them in test mode with a test key, but the account needs to be created and connected with a live key

Do you have the ID of an apple pay domain that you registered like this that isn't showing up in the dashboard?

kinda but not really? Was using a testkey with a "test" domain
