Not sure what you mean by a backtick sorry. The link is https://www.williamscorporation.co.nz/williams-academy-register/ and the checkout seems embedded so the url doesn't change on the second step

hmmm, can you share your account id so that I can take a closer look at how your integration works? You can find your account id by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

okay, so it looks like you're using a 3rd party plugin which isn't using Stripe Checkout (https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout)

you should reach out to them to check if their flow supports coupons/promocodes from Stripe
