Hi 👋
Could you specify what Stripe API you are calling and what you expect?
That won't help me much. Can you provide me the request ID for the API request throwing the error?
Here's how you can find a request ID: https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request
The request ID please, screenshots won't be helpful here
I'm afraid
Also those are warnings that do not appear to be coming from Stripe
arielbo - console warnings
ok
req_dNk25MBqjfr1JV
in all request really have the same error in yellos
yellow
like what snufkin mentioned, none of those warnings are from Stripe. You're going to need to debug that yourself
have you identified which line of code in your application is throwing that error?
maybe is some wrong with your css o
when I include your .css https://www.derechoteca.com/wp-content/themes/derechoteca/cpanel/stripe_lms.css?v=1.33
and your <script src="https://js.stripe.com/v3/"></script>
where did you get that CSS from?
fron your webpage stripe.com
here
you have the same error
could you see this?
did you clear the console before loading that page?
because i'm looking at the same page and not seeing those errors. So it looks like those errors are from your own application i.e. a previous page which wasn't cleared
I restart chrome and I see the same error on my website and on your website
check when
appear when you display
the elements
could you replicate it?
no, i can't replicate it
is that error blocking anything i.e. is it preventing payment from being made?
are you opening the page in incognito?
no
after you charge the page click in PREVIEW and you see the warnings
start when onload Elements requires "width=device-width" be set in your page's viewport meta tag.
you can do it ? and direct these warnings with your colleagues to improve stripe and its code? if its something on the stripe side please notify me so they can fix it
As i mentioned, I can't replicate it from my end. Anyway, I did find a related issue that mentions that this error "Each dictionary in the list "icons" should contain a non-empty UTF8 string field "type"` warning is coming from Google Pay and it should not affect your ability to process payments. We've reached out to Google to report this .
I am worried that I cannot replicate the error and have to report it without knowing, please make an effort to replicate it, I repeat that you must click on the preview tab, and when you finish loading stripe elements there it appears
