I believe there is, but it's in the range of 100's of API calls per second, so I would be surprised if that was the cause. Do you have a link the the Request log? Or a Request ID?

if I go to developer logs on our platform acc, I do see many requests for /v1/terminal/connect_tokens. I'll investigate with our devs, thanks
