So it looks like you're using a billing clock which is set to after the first phase ends

And you're passing the first phase in the request

Yeah so initially created the schedule with 2 phases, advanced the test clock to halfway through phase 2 and now I want to update phase 2 change the plan and the iterations.

I am an idiot, I am actually updating the old phase's plan id by mistake with the new plan id.

Just fixed it and the schedule updated with no error, yet to test whether I get the result I expect but there is no update error occurring.
