What exactly do you mean when you say you took private and public key from issuing admin? Are you referring to platform account? Can you provide more context?

Yes, I am referring to the platform account and I create issuing accounts from there. These issuing connect accounts can then issue cards, but I am unable to retrieve the card information using the API keys that I obtained from the platform developer configuration.
