I don't have an account yet as the reason I'm contacting support is cause I can't make one. I'm trying to make one via Ko-fi so the mail got validated but when I try to input a password it tells me to input a password as if I have left it blank. (It's in Swedish)
Then when I try to contact support neither my Gmail or Hotmail will register as valid. So I can't even contact support with my issue
Oh, I'm not sure how Ko-fi built their Stripe integration, but it sounds like they may not be creating a Stripe account for you that can access the Support portal. Are you reaching regarding a question about Ko-fi?
No. It's definitely stripe related. As I have tried creating an account separate from Kofi, but it just won't let me.
Can you elaborate? If Kofi is using Stripe Connect, then depending on how they structured their integration you may not be able to bring your own Stripe account.
See here, when I am making an account without Kofi and input all my details, the button to sign in is still "greyed out"

Hi! And I'm sorry but I already have tried that. Stripe seemingly just refuses to show my mail as valid. Neither my Gmail nor Hotmail works.
The red text is " input a valid email address so we can contact you "
Ah thats interesting. Do you have another email you can try?
I did try both Gmail and Hotmail and both got rejected.
But that's the only two mails I actively use.
Huh that is weird for sure. Have you tried using a different browser?

Yeah, I'll maybe try that! I'm on mobile so maybe that could be why also.
