like I said I don't think we have any filter for this sort of thing.
The only real way to have this :

• save the PM in your own databases after you set them up by listening to corresponding webhooks
• after the fact, doing https://stripe.com/docs/api/setup_intents/list#list_setup_intents-payment_method and looking at the SetupIntents used with it, and/or using https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_intents/list#list_payment_intents-customer to look if PaymentIntents used with it used setup_future_usage
