In my magento 2.3.6 i have installed stripe module in order to make it possible to pay using stripe (checkout on stripe page).

Magento receives correctly webhooks, in fact my orders are in Processing

#

But i see (from Mangento Email Logs and from customer tickets) that they not receive the automatic "Order Confirmed" email

I see, unfortunately, we can't provide this kind of support with Magento. You can try contacting Stripe Support: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
