I tried with "billing_cycle_anchor=unchanged" and "proration_behavior=none" but it didn't work and set the renewal date to today.
Yes because the billing period of both prices are the same. What you can do is to delete the subscription and create new one and set the billing cycle anchor to 1st January 2024
