We don't send emails in test mode

oh, and there's no workaround for that? I just need to manually press the send button if I want the email to go out?

And do I need the step 3 described above or will the email automatically go out after step2 fires?

In live mode the email will automatically be sent

#

And yes you can test by manually pressing the button. We just cannot allow automated emails in test mode

You do not need step 3 But there is nothing wrong with it if you want to trigger the emails yourself
