thanks - when clicking on the "Dashboard Settings" I coming to the Dashboard and there is no "View instructions"

That is all what I see - so I click on the "Set up your DNS records" and then I see this pop-up window

Here then I click "view detailed instructions" but this only directs me to the initial DOC

So, I am circling around and there is no TXT value along the way

Should you give me records in the Pop-Up Window under point 3. where is says "creating records." ? This is just rotating and loading, there are no records created in this window

It takes a while and you might have to refresh the page, but if you wait long enough it will create the records eventually

I have waited now many minutes

and refreshed the page, disconnected and again - it is loading

there must be another way to receive the txt value

there isn't really but it shouldn't be stuck or take that long

what is your account ID? acct_xxx , it's on https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account

yeah that's strange, the records never got created

#

I'd suggest writing to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true so they can investigate/escalate and fix the issue on your account
