With regards to India, due to connect restrictions, you can only have Standard connect accounts [0] for India. You can refer to this document to learn more about this [1].
Also to collect card details for payout you should build a custom onboarding form. If you need any help with this you can reach out to our Stripe developers through this discord channel [2].

But since you are in India, you will need to reach out to sales to be able to create Connect accounts: https://stripe.com/en-gb-fr/contact/sales

With custom accounts you have two options for onboarding:
- build your own onboarding from scratch using the API
- or use our custom obnboarding flow https://stripe.com/docs/connect/custom-accounts, which is much simpler and recommended
