Okay, sounds good. Maybe one technical q on this front - if we're getting 200 OK A request to create a refund completed, that doesn't necessarily mean the refund funds are approved right?

I mean because the API response is 200 but the dashboard status says "waiting for requested information", is it correct to interpret as the actual refund is not approved by the bank yet?
200 here means that the request was successful, it does not mean that refund has been issued. You can learn more here: https://stripe.com/docs/refunds. You'd likely want to reach out to support.
