It says error on the app

Hmm can you show me a screenshot or something of the error? Did you write this integration yourself or are you using a third party?

I had a third party write it for me. The app says there is an error. They are not the best with stripe. I am looking for someone who can consult with me and help with the code. They struggle with integrating the marketplace since I need every payment split in two. They just charge the card twice for every transaction

Ah yeah this is likely the integration then preventing Amex. We do support Amex so would need to work with your developer here to get that fixed up.
