Unfortunately not at the moment. We have a feature request to allow the pricing table to utilize existing customer IDs. I will add your feedback to that request so that hopefully we can prioritize it higher

ok, Thank you, I will see if for now stay with stripe.subscriptions.create or implement the price table without the customer id, hoping that this feature will be added soon.

You can also try using Checkout. Checkout Sessions take a customer ID, so you could generate one for each subscription option and present them similar to our pricing table
