There is no my app, but Stripe Connect is setup and works
Um did they connect you by OAuth or by Account Onboarding?
Yes, I use OAuth
TBH this could be best answered by our Support team. AFAIK either the Platform call a deauthorize endpoint or you touch some setting in your own Dashboard.
I just don't know exactly where in Dashboard, that Support team shall know better than me
I tried to use deathorize several times, with no luck a while ago. Let me try one more time.

I developed the service using Stripe Connect as a Platform and clients authorizes my Stripe App to start working on my service
