I feel like this is a dev question

Because I am not sure if I need to change my platform from using the express accounts to standard

I currently implemented the express accounts and have the link being generated for the user when they go to create a stripe express account

I was wondering if once that link is created and they go to login if they can login to their already existing stripe account and payments can be processed through that or if I need to redesign to use standard accounts

This appears to be non integration related and with account login in, you would need to talk to support. However, I can try to help if I can. Is the existing account express?

No the existing account is a standard account

Just wondering if they can use the standard account to login as an express account so they don’t need to re-link their bank account and stuff to start accepting payments on my platform

Actually the other way around

The user has a standard account

And I was wondering if he can use that login to login as an express account

if you already have a Standard account, you can sign up for an Express account using the same email.
