If you are asking about the Payment Element you can set country to never as indicated here: https://stripe.com/docs/js/elements_object/create_payment_element#payment_element_create-options-fields-billingDetails-address-country

But if you do that you need to supply the country in billing_details.

If you're using the Payment Element you only need to call confirmPayment; it will handle any form of payment provided.

The payment-method-specific functions, like confirmAffirmPayment, are only required for other integrations which do not use the Payment Element.
