sure, my older question is still the same, i am confused about whether or not the destination charge refunds are charged from connected accounts. and if they do, what happens if connected account already withdrawn their money.

i understand that i should use reverse_transfer option in stripe.refunds.create but still couldn't understand what happens if connected accounts already withdrawn their money. is there a way to hold their money until some period of time so i can refund clients using the connected accounts balance

You would likely need to switch the connected accounts to manual payouts and control their payout schedule to do something like that. See here for more details: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/manual-payouts
