Yes, you don't have a connect webhook endpoint, so it's expected you don't receive the account.updated event.

Account webhooks -> listen to events happening on your own account
Connect webhooks )> listen to events happening on the connected accounts

So you just need to create a new webhook, and make sure to select "connect".
