If it is in test mode, no you should be good. The real last four digits show up but on our backend we just use the 4242 test card

Yep yep, totally get that. I felt weird putting in my real CC info to test GPay and Apple Pay too

For Google Pay there are actually test cards that you can add to your wallet https://developers.google.com/pay/api/android/guides/resources/test-card-suite
