Sounds like the Connect account is still unverified as we're awaiting information. Did you check the requirements hash on the Account object to see what is outstanding?
It wouldn't be on the Payment Intent object, but the Account object. If you're using Connect, are you correctly onboarding your accounts?

This account is new and we are totally new to the Stripe .. may you can help what to check and how .. on our dashbaord/

We wouldn't know anything about how its built. They should be able to help you with this.

What can be the issue
Just like shopify Zohobooks is also a third-party integration. We wouldn't have any insights on what's causing this failure. You'd want to talk to them first and narrow down.
