Hello, there is no log; I'm using Zuora-Stripe v2 standard connector, I just have the error on the payment

this is the payment method associated to the customer

That error you shared is an error from our API. There'll be a corresponding req_xxx ID in your Stripe Dashboard logs

I suspect you're looking at the Dashboard of the wrong account

Can you share an object ID of some kind? cus_xxx or card_xxx

How are you trying to create the payment?

standard connector so via Zuora environment by doing "Create Payment"

I've no idea what that is, how it works. Did you connect it to a Stripe account?

acct_1MRZg7GRU5xh7tW9 is the account you created that Customer and Card on, yet that account is not affiliated with that connector in anyway

Not sure how the connector works, but seems like it's maybe connected to another Stripe account?

Zuora is a Billing Platform, one of the biggest at the moment on the market. Used by big companies like Netflix.
There is a standard connector to Stripe PG: https://knowledgecenter.zuora.com/Zuora_Billing/Billing_and_Payments/M_Payment_Gateways/Supported_Payment_Gateways/Stripe_Payment_Gateway/A_Overview_of_Stripe_payment_gateway_integration

I've configured it and now I'm trying to perform the transaction.

While configuring it I've been sent to this page and I did "skip this module" considering I'm in test env and it has recognised my account

My guess is that it actually created a different Stripe account for you

ok at this point I'll try to have a deeper look with zuora support and try to figure out if they can retrieve for my more info from back end
