Depends a lot on your integration overall and where your platform is based. But assuming you're in the right country/region then yes: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers explains how to transfer funds separate from the payment itself

so imagine we have an amazon like platform where user receive loyalty points based on their spending from the merchants and they can spend these points on any store.
so the money will actually go from one merchant to an other.
