Unfortunately, there's limited information about events that are older than 15 days. Do you have any similar failures that are recent?
Are you using AWS CloudFront?
That is the confusing part for me as well, there are similar or almost identical orders with the same payment method that happened afterwards and worked perfectly. I could only identify this issue with one order.
I also just checked that AWS CloudFront is not being used by us, but other AWS services are. I thought maybe an outage on AWS side for a short amount of time could have been the reason, but I don't know if that's a realistic assumption.
