You can configure retry schedule by using custom attempts logic and not smart retries. You can configure this in your dashboard at https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic
But not sure if that's possible to set it for 10 days, probably you need to configure this in your own integration and try to charge the customer every day
