we set payment descriptor as "Vangarde_Group" but they are showing it as below screenshot

Are you facing this issue with multiple cases? because unfortunately banks and card issuers will sometimes display the wrong friendly name/logo for some transactions. Stripe has no control over the mapping systems banks and card issuers use to produce friendly names for their cardholders, and the friendly names displayed often use multiple data points from a transaction to determine which friendly name to display(one of them is the statement descriptor)

but this is not credit card payment, this issue is coming with ACH Debit payments

let me rephrase the issue, we as a platform conducting ach transactions for our connect accounts, so for ach payments, the description of the payment shows on the customers bank statement of our connect account clients, our stripe name 'Av Fin Tech' which also include the name of our company owner 'Dodi Kawouk'

like A is customer of B and B is customer of C, why A's bank statement is showing C's company name and name.
